ANC DO300 Mud Level Probe: Probe for Precise Detection in All-Water Pits

– Principle –

The SDEC France ANC-DO300 Mud Level Probe is an innovative tool designed for precise measurement of liquid and mud levels in non-collective sanitation (ANC) systems and all-water pits. The rod is slowly dipped into the tank.
When the optical sensor encounters the top of the mud deposit, the housing emits an audible signal.
Reading the graduation on the rod allows one to know the depth of the top of the deposit. By continuing to push the rod down, one then probes the bottom, noting its depth on the graduation. The difference between the two measurements gives the thickness of the mud layer.
