AM 3000 N – Air Sampler for Asbestos Diagnosis in Nuclear Environments – NF43-050 version 2021 , NF X43-269, NF EN ISO 13137
4830,00 €
– Operating Principle –
The AM 3000N is an autonomous air sampler specifically designed for environments at risk of nuclear contamination. It complies with NF43-050 version 2021, NF X43-269, NF EN ISO 13137 standards, ensuring reliable air sampling for detecting asbestos fibers.
– Protection Against Nuclear Contamination –

The device incorporates intelligent software that continuously monitors the pressure drop in the sampling circuit, alerting and automatically shutting down the device in case of anomalies such as filter detachment or absence. It is equipped with H13 white glass fiber THE filters at the intake and exhaust to protect the aerodynamic circuit. The external filter holders, easily accessible, allow for quick filter changes without tools. The device’s security is enhanced by stainless steel clamps preventing accidental opening, and the use of a transparent film is advised for additional protection while still allowing the use of the infrared remote control.
– Remote Control Operation –

The infrared remote control allows for remote control of the device, thus avoiding direct contact once it is in a contaminated area. This functionality is maintained even when the device is covered with a transparent film.
– Direct Data Accessibility –

Data can be easily retrieved via a USB output, in .CVS format compatible with Excel. The AM 3000N is also compatible with a USB/micro-USB cable (on request), allowing data consultation on a smartphone directly on site, via a text file reader or spreadsheet application.
– Complete Autonomy with an Integrated Protected Battery –

Thanks to its integrated lithium battery, the AM 3000N operates in complete autonomy. Its waterproof charger is decontaminable.
You can use the device on mains power and recharge the battery simultaneously while sampling. In the event of a mains power outage, it will automatically switch to battery mode without interrupting the sampling.
The battery is encased in a protective aluminum housing, protecting it from shock and puncture risks. This housing improves thermal stability and minimizes the risk of thermal runaway.

A shock indicator is positioned on the battery and also on the outside of the device. In case of a shock of a sensitivity of 100 G (equivalent to a fall of about one meter), the indicator turns red, indicating potential internal component damage and the need for service.
